Financial Policies
Dental treatment is an important investment in your health and well-being. We know that paying for treatment out of pocket can sometimes feel difficult. That is why we keep our payment process easy to understand and straightforward for every patient.
Payment is due upon treatment. We accept most dental benefit plans. Our treatment coordinators can help you understand your coverage and possible payment plans before your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac debit, and e-transfer. American Express is not accepted.
Appointment Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 2 business days in advance. Cancellations made after this time or missed appointments may include a minimum $100 fee. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can adjust the schedule.
